1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return items within 7 days of delivery if:

• The item is defective, damaged, or not as described.

• You received the wrong product.

• The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resaleable condition.

Note: Personalized, perishable, hygiene-related products, and clearance sale items are non-returnable.

2. How to Request a Return

• Email us at [email protected] or message us on WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return.

• Attach photos or videos if the item is damaged or incorrect.

• Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

3. Return Shipping

• If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), Sukilo.com will cover return shipping costs.

• If you are returning for personal reasons (change of mind, wrong size), the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

4. Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 7–10 business days.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

• For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, we will arrange a bank transfer or store credit.

5. Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund:

• We can replace the item with the same product or a similar one of equal value.

• Exchanges are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.
